With the web being so popular and the bulk of people having their own computers at home or having access to one at work it’s a great idea to start a wedding update blog as an element of your marriage day planning.  In years gone by this idea would not even be thought of, but it is an exceedingly popular part of the marriage preparations today. 

Not only is a wedding blog a way to document each step of your wedding but most marriage guest lists include many friends, family and  colleagues that live a long way from you or you are not in daily contact with so a marriage blog is an excellent way of letting people know if there are going to be any changes to the wedding plans.

When you have your marriage blog all set active you will be surprised at the amount of people that will come and comment.  Not merely will you be ready to share with everybody the way the wedding plans are going, but if you come across any issues during your marriage preparations there’ll be a small community of people on your blog that you might ask for help. 

Even though marriage blogs are superb for talking with everyone during your marriage preparations, the greatest advantage of beginning a wedding blog and letting all your friends and family know about it is after the wedding has finished.  This is when the fun actually starts. 

As discussed there are numerous free sites to start a blog and it could be a real cost saver to have made your own site.  The price of a wedding can be exceedingly high and taking the time to have a website where you can post your marriage photographs and marriage video can save everyone a lot in terms of paying for duplicates that you would have had to do otherwise for family members and best friends, all they would do is to download a copy to their personal computer. 

Another great benefit is that during the wedding reception and ceremony your wedding videographers would have captured some great videos of the whole process that you can now freely share with your friends and family.  Most couples will hire one or two Sydney wedding videographers to shoot their wedding but ultimately some funny and notable moments will have been missed.  This is where the work you did on creating your blog will pay off.  Many of your friends and family would be taking some video footage of your marriage with their own digital cameras and they can now upload their own wedding videos to your blog.  The quality won’t be as good as the professional wedding videographer, but there’s guaranteed to be some hilarious moments that you would never have seen unless you had started your wedding update blog.
